This Sleep Tea Blend May Help:

It is recommended to drink one cup around 30 minutes before desired bed time. Works best if sleep time is intended for. Blue lights off, resting the body, some deep breathing to release stress, if needed.

Should you have a concern about water content "in the middle of the night", you can brew this in 4 oz. (or less) of liquid instead of a drinking a full cup of tea.

Wild Lettuce • A natural sedative that soothes and relax the body. Its calming effect is extremely helpful in preventing sleepless nights, promoting healthier sleep, and keeping restlessness at bay. We find this very important in our sleep tea, especially for those who might unknowingly wake up due to aches or pains.

Pine Needle • Terpenes which is an essential oil component in pine needle tea are said to help you to have a better sleep. It is also effective for relaxing, refreshing, and relieving fatigue.

Holy Basil • Has been used for thousands of years to support a healthy response to stress, aid in restoring natural sleep rhythms and calm an overactive mind.
